I was just wondering what the craziest thing is that you guys have caught other than fish? Garbage off the bottom, turtles or frogs? This year I have caught:

Pantyhose from the DPR
2 frogs in the dpr
Snapping turtles
My brother caught a crayfish the other day.

So how about you guys?

My father had a loon follow in his musky bait trying to eat it. He figure eighted till he realized it was a bird and not a fish.

What does it mean to figure eight in fishing terms? I have an idea but I just want someone to confirm it. Thanks!
