Must of been wild seeing a plane land on Deep lol !
Deep Lake 1-26-08
We didn't get a chance to fish as we got a very late start and had been at Bass Pro all afternoon, but we did scout around the lake and talked to a few people.
Seems the ice bite has been tough. One angler reported a 38" northern pike earlier in the day though!
And as we were walking Alex walked right into a concealed hole and fell down. I told him to hurry up and get up because an aireplane was coming right us. He said "what the f**k are you talking about?" Sure enough, an airplane had landed on the lake and was coming right at us!

You can't tell from the pics, but the airplane had skis attached to the wheels. It was very wild seeing an airplane land on Deep Lake!
