Went back to DQ today, got there around 2 pm, loaded with fishermen. Before I could get a minnow on my second hook, I saw my bobber go down and pop up and that was it. Waited about 2 minutes with nothing so reeled in the minnow and yes it was attacked. Figured it would be a good day, but I was wrong. No bites until about 430 pm. Caught a nice sized LM about 15". About 30 minutes later my bobber goes down again, thought it would be that Rainbow that's been hiding from me all day. As I reel it in I realize that it was a baby 'eye about 10". There were 4 guys killing the bows today the were sitting right on top of the hot spots with 8 bobbers all in the same place, wanted to get in on the action but I hate when people get too close to me so I did not get too close to them, hopefully next time.
