Checked around the Des plaines river in lake county and water is very flooded and muddy. Not really worth fishing for a little while, but right after the floods can be very good times to get out there!

Ugh. That's way more than what I would have expected from a single rain, particularly considering that last heavy rain caused 4-6" bumps here.

Saw it was inches from flood stage in Lincolnwood. I went over it on Lake (Euclid) and it was very high. Didn't even know it rained that much last night.
