DPR in Rostmont

Where in Rosemont do people park to fish the DPR? I'm going to be over there today but have no idea as where to park?

East side of River Road, about a block south of Devon is a FP entrance/parking area. You can walk down to the dam from there.

So I went there for an about hour. Didn't get anything. Am I supposed to fish on the calm side of the dam? Or the side the water is flowing into? I was using a spinnerbait, anyone have any other suggestions?
