I was itching to go fishing for over a week now, so I decided to try a little icefishing this afternoon. Caught a bunch of these little guys using a jig tipped with some Berkley Power Wigglers. The ice was only about 2" thick, so I didn't venture out far from shore.

Looks like a lot of fun Doc! You're pretty brave to go out on two inches. What body of water were you on?

I live on a golf course and this is one of the ponds on the course. I made sure that I wasn't in over my head, literally. The water was only about 3 feet deep where I was. I didn't feel comfortable going out any further since the ice was moving slightly as I walked on it.

I never stop. Always have to find a way to wet a line, even if it means cutting through the upper layer to hit the liquid stuff.
