Andy it was a good weekend Lots of time on the water is not a bad thing
The spoons we hit the brown on was a Michigan Stinger watermelon (JohnN recommendation) on one Color of lead back 110 feet and the 3 oz snap weigth at 60 ft.
It was nice Feeshing Virgin water (for us anyways). That was the smoothest ride today on your boat I ever had with the wind rippin from the southeast as bad as it was. I am thinking this would be a good spot for Cohos and Steelies in the spring. The browns were definatley not cooperating
I hope we can get out next weekend into the oil slick. If they aint there they aint anywhere yet
It was nice to get back on the boat/water again, I haven't done that since hunting season started. It was also good to fish with the team again, we didn't skip a beat on comments and laughs  . I could say the fishing could have been better but we were in "virgin" waters and port, but atleast we got out  . I think we are on to something though for the early spring run.
