Can you still fish with #3 fishing rods at a time I have been seeing people on the river bank fishing with a lot more

2 poles/ 2 lines/ 2 hooks each line. Unless site specific regs are posted otherwise.

3 poles/ lines trolling/ 2 hooks per line. (Not sure how that affects umbrella rigs in IL)

Trot line 50 hooks max. Line must be tagged with persons name/address/contact info.

So if I'm trolling I can use 3 poles other than that 2 poles
