Worked the Batavia area on two lovely afternoons in November. Temps in the 60's, partly cloudy skies, strong south winds both days.
No minnows on Thursday and manages only one 10" smallmouth bass. Used a flash jig with a twistertail.
Better luck on Friday. Got some minnows and brought a couple of friends. I managed one 15" smallmouth bass and Augy and pal caught a few smallmouth bass as well. Augy got a nice 11" smallie on a minnow.
