Great advice DR. I should also say that I have the back pack and I still only get about 2.75 hours on the settings that I record on. I record on 720p at 60fps because I like to have really good slo mo. I think if you reduce the settings the record time is still not that good without the back pack. I have honestly only used the app and remote once. I just don't need it but the capability is really nice.
