Ok so when I was out on the fox sunday morning I noticed two gentlemen and what looked to be an odd amount of lines in the water, so I went to check it out. Ended up being 2 guys with 7 rods with lines in the water. This was at the Fabayan Forest Preserve. I was under the assumption that it was two poles per fisherman. Am i correct? I didnt want to call anyone if I was not correct. But I thought it looked at little ridiculous. Plus they took up most of the one side of the island so no one else could fish. Any info would help. Thanks Guys

Check out page eight. The Illinois book sucks compared to the WI one. A little hard to find the information. I think that may be what you are looking for. It seems its either the 2 lines limit or 50 hooks on non-2 line waters??? Seems fishy to me.
