How is the fishing usually after a big rain storm like we've had the past few days? Does it help your cause or hurt? :?

Some rain definitly gets things going. It can increase water flow in and out of the lake if there are inlets/outlets. A rain like this though is going to make things unfishable for a little while. Many lakes in WI believe it or not were still well below normal pool this year so hopefully this rain brings them back up some more for next year.
