Planning to used a inflatable to fish this weekend at the Lagoon, does anyone think there will be any problem with the Forest Preserve? I've already apply for a boat permit, but it's processing.

Honestly ive seen people get away with it specially in the hot summer. Just dont stay there after 4:30p.m thats when the officer usually comes by to check the boaters cuz thats when most boaters are pulling out. and early in the morning thats when boaters are using the landing doc. I dont know if things have changed since last summer but I have seen lots of those inflatable kayaks on the goons.

DNR has been very active at the goons. I wouldn't risk it
