I liked the pic where a 12" carp is jumping through the bow thats fully drawn back. They obviously know the risk hey are taking. Pretty interesting, but sad that there really are sooooo many carp.

LOL. If they are "investigating possible breaches of the barrier to Lake Michigan", that means that it has already been breached and there is nothing that anyone can do to stop it. They should seine the whole river and only throw back non-rough fish.
