Was at Lasalle lake with the family yesterda and the closing date is Oct.15. Also,in Oct. the lake is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Fishing from shore in Heron Cove(I had the little ones with) and just the usual 10-12" cats on Sonny's stinkbait. Went yesterday with my daughter and got the same ,also a 1/2lb. smallie on a crawler.

I believe the last day for Heidecke is the 7th. Still not alot going on out there but the last week is looking like a potentially good bite with the cool weather coming in soon.
