JNap is an awesome fisherman and a good friend. He's taken me out on the Fox River for some terrific smallmouth bass fishing. We'll have to have some outings on the K3 and Fox this summer.

Yeah we should hit the Kank this spring for sure, hopefully more than once :wink: If we're looking to do an outing we should consider the isa river clean up down there, don't need to be a member to rub elbows with some fun smart folks and we can get some attaboys for our back pockets too. I think it's in April and usually in the Warner bridge area. Got a river map from the Mullady series that's pretty helpful. Areas I know are from langum isle downstream to the single digit hunting areas. I-55 is one spot I've been wanting to try but never have, heard it's a bit deeper there and thought it to be more of a place to find em when it gets hot out.

One of these days I'll actually post that superior nat'l forest trip from last years' summer solstice and the texas tournament trip in April. Some incredible photo's from the land of the midnight sun and Sam Rayburn is the kind of place you expect to see Woo Davies holding up a 15lb hawg of a largemouth.
