It still seems to be a little early. I went up to Kenosha saturday and at the harbor there was nobody. I moved out by the light at the mouth and there was about 10 people but nobody had any luck. After awhile me and a guy from another website moved up to the pike river/creek mouth. No luck there either, I left around 3 because i was tired.
Today I fished IG and it was ridiculously busy with boaters. I got one bass right under the bridge by the boats in the middle of boat traffic. At least I had witnesses. Then I went over to Waukegan and fished govt pier for awhile with no luck and tried the S. rocks but I was the only one there.
