My brother and I hit the lakefront last night. What a disgusting mess! The water was dark brown from all of the raw sewage that was dumped in from the chicago river. The lake looked and smelled just like the river, with the same little "surprises" scattered all over the shore. Did not catch any salmon, but we managed a few smallies and some rock bass....

This was a nice one caught on a #6 mepps by my bro...

anyone guess what these little guys are?

After closer inspection, I've determined that they are finger protectors to be used for fishing.
