Got out today from 2:30 til sunset. Caught roughly 30 yellow bass and a few channels up to 16" or so. Didn't hook into any stripers or larger cats. Hopefully saturday will be the day.

Nice job X. The hybrids can be red hot one day and nowhere to be found the next. It took me about a half a day searching in the boat yesterday to find an active school.

Man I so want to go out there but it's like 2 hour drive. That part doesn't motivate me. Good job on the yellow bass. What was the average size on those?

i didn't measure but i figure the ones i took were between 8 and 11 inches
