Any one going to Lasalle this weekend?

Any big striper bass?

I"ll be there for the first time.

How early should I get there? Is 6am to late for a 3 day weekend?

Got there at 5am and was 2nd in line. This was 1 of 10 MINI CATS. The water is to hot @85-91 deg.

Is it safe to say the warmer weathers have essentially shut down LaSalle for the summer? Is it too hot for the fish to bite consistently?

the cat I am sure went to bite the bait and was Foul hooked it seems. Go to Heidecki next time. Water temps are way better!

How has the fishing been at LaSalle the past couple weeks? Are the water temps too high at this point in time and would I be better served to go to Heidecke?
