Just looking to see if anyone has caught anything lately on the Fox. Thinking about going to the Montgomery Dam soon.

Had my boat out a couple of times.on the river Nothing to Report yet . But I have heard that they are doing better on the chain

Talked to local bait shop today... apparently not much on musky. Walleye will start soon. But what he did say, much to his surprise is, perch have been on fire. He said the few different guys he spoke to, had stories of 20+ fish. He named a few spots. One being closer to elgin casino. Like a knucklehead, I asked him how deep. The section up here only averages 4 -5 feet. I've found a few holes (11' max). Anyway gonna pick up some minnows and give er hell soon.

Yes that stretch of river is very shallow. Better off going further north. Above the Algonquian Dam. And that really isn't much deeper. But atleast you don't have a Dam every 4 miles
