High east winds kept me off Geneva on monday so i stayed local and caught a few varieties of fish. Crappies were caught at will with some 11 inchers to boot. Catfish are still a nusince biut always put up a good fight. Walleyes are starting to show there great fall colors and very hungry as a nice 17 incher ate a 4 inch sucker. Also the usual suspects small pike , and a few largies showed there gonna start piggin out for the fall.[[

Forgot to add that the Walleye was caught at 100 in the afternoon with sunny skies, i guess as long as the conditions are right a fish will eat at any time.
