Montrose Monday

Conditions have been alright. I'm not giving up on those kings just yet. The thing is, I have Monday off and can only fish in the afternoon (maybe like 12-3 pm). Can I expect to do any good or would it not be worth trying? I was also thinking of maybe trying spawn? Please help me out. Thanks.
