Does the Fox experience a "run" like the Wolf? I know up there I have gone for a fall White bass and walleye run, and the river is full of hungry fish.
Being new to river fishing, what type of patterns will be developing as fall wears on? Any presentations better than others?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Interested in the Fox River? Yes,the Stripers(striped bass) do run from s.Wisc. thru Illinois. The part of river that's best is from Wilmont WI. thru Grass Lake. There is a North entrance to the Chain O Lakes State Park. It's off rt.173 2 miles east of Wilmont/Johnsburg rd. My parents would take me to Wilmont and point out the bridge over the river, where it was shoulder to shoulder with lots of people.Best bet is to ask bait shop in Fox Lake or Antioch for anticepated run.
