I hit Old School Pond from 6:45 to 9:45 AM. Didn't catch anything big but landed 10 smaller sized bass. It would have been nice to catch something "big" but, when your catchingng quantity it can be fun as well. I tried a white spinner bait with no luck early on and then a 5 inch Dinger which was the bait that caught all the fish. The water was very high.

I got greedy after this morning and went out to a local pond tonight. Fish were not biting the plastics so I switched over to my new Strike King spinner bait and caught what could have been a 3.0-3.5ibs LMB and another close to 2.0.

That broght my day's total to 12. The fish are going nuts with all this rain!

I agree! I went out yesterday between the rains and at some points in the rain to two different ponds and the fish were definately on. No hogs but I did manage about 10 bass in all. I was surprised but I'm thinking they are trying to catch up on feeding since all this rain started.
