Just confirmed, (and explained the absolute necessity to my wife) that a buddy of mine, my nephew, and I are definitely headed for the opener. Will take pics and post them Saturday night.Hope to see some of you out there!--CH

Me and my girlfriend, my buddy and his girlfriend, and my buddy's girlfriend's dad are also going. We will be waiting at the gaits for it to open! I have been looking forward for LaSalle to open since it closed last year. I can't wait to break in me new gear!

I looked up the weather and it is going to be cold. High of 40 with a 30% chance of snow. Hopefully it changes. Otherwise dress like it is going to be a blizzard.
Don't worry about the water being too cold or freezing because it is a heated lake.
