There are two outdoors shows coming up right after the holidays. The first one is the Northwest Chicago Sports Show at the Arlington Racetrack on January 4-7, 2007.

The second show is the bigger one at Rosemont. It is the Chicagoland Outdoors Show and is on January 10-14, 2007.

I plan on going to both.

Arlington show is getting better each year.
This year there will be several 4 hour clinics, and the regular 30 minute seminars.

For the clinics, there will be one on musky fishing and icefishing.

Plus retail and resort booths..

My kids like the casting area, last year they almost hit a guy walking by..

We'll probably go on Saturday.

The Arlington show looks to be much better than it was this year. I'm probably going to go to both shows on Saturday.

I didnt get around to the arlington show last year. I definitely want to check it out this year for sure.

The Arlington show was much smaller than Rosemont, but definitely worth going to. They also made it a day longer this year. 8)
