I have a 4 foot Johnson level that I have owned for a number of years, 20+. The other day I grabbed it off my work bench and discovered that 5 of the 6 vials had somehow cracked and lost the liquid contents. I did some online snooping and came across the Johnson Level website. Placed a call to their customer service and inquired about purchasing new vials. They informed me that my level was no longer in production and they have since run out of their stock of vials for that tool. They said that my level carried a lifetime warranty and are sending me a replacement free of charge. The service representative was as nice as could be.

I should receive it next week. Also it was good to learn that the tools are made in the USA. If you are looking at buying a level you might as well go with a good company that backs their products.

Oh yeah, I fished a small 2 acre pond yesterday that is loaded with bass and crappie. Never caught anything crazy big but it was nice to get on some solid action.

Thats great. Long time ago I switched to Rigid battery drill. The reason being their guarantee Batteries guaranteed for LIFE. Well 2 years ago, my both batteries died. I went back to HD they had me bring the whole deal in. They tested it and said they were both shot. Problem was, the drill was so old they could not fine me two new batteries. So, they did the next best thing, they replaced the whole drill with a brand new one and two brand new batteries.
