Has anyone been out to the harbors for perch lately?

Ended up going to Belmont yesterday from about 2:00 to 4:00. Fished for about an hour with nothing, using some of my summer perch stuff. Anyway, it didn't work, so I changed to using red worms. I started getting them, but the bites were TINY!! I could hardly feel them. Ended up fishing for about another hour, before going home. Caught 12 and lost about 6. Nothing was bigger than 10 inches and most were around 6. I'll try again next weekend if the weather is good.
