Hit the same channel near Cary as I hit yesterday from 2-3:30 today. A lot more action this time. My son and I beat the snot out of the little gills - but didn't catch too many that would be keeper size.

On an orange ice jig I got a small perch & dink bass. I gave my boy the orange jig & I went to try to find crappie. Gold jigs produced consistently - but a white jig was the winner of the day. I couldn't hardly get a white jig w/ waxworms to drop down to my desired depth before the wire bobber was dipping.
