Has anyone fished the salt creek near wood dale. if so how was

Never tried it, but I pass it almost everyday in wooddale. Never thought it was worth a try. If you have any luck finding good spots, let me know. Good luck.

I believe one of the members, Andrew_R, fishes salt creek. My advice would be to send him a PM or check out his site.

Fished Salt creek but mostly south near Graue Mill.
Down there its motlyfish from the DesPlaines swimming up, or wash overs from up stream.
Its a nice little creek with surprises.
There is easy access, which takes no effort but the catching is so so.
Work a little and you'll find some hidden spots that will produce.
It just seems many want easy fishing, when better can be found by effort!
