Great job, Joe :) One question: do you ever have trouble pulling those bass out of the water and onto the pier/wall that you fish from? Or do you use a net?

No normally I don't have a problem, when I throw tubes Im using 8# P-Line and that stuff is more like 10#. I also use my UL and 4# and never broke off pulling them out either, well maybe once or twice with the 4#.
First off, dude, your one big boy! No fish is going to out fight you that's for sure.

Second, WOW, that smallie is a PIG!

Where were those fish taken again? If you don't wanna give up your honey hole, that's totally understandable. You can always PM me.

Henry's is having a carp contest??? What's the prize? And what are the requirements. WCF has some fine carp anglers that may be interested.
I got 5 today 3 nice smallies and 2 nice LM Bass, my buddy Mike got 1 LM Bass and 5 rockies...

Here one pic I took on my phone.

Lol 6.3 225.... If funny cause Ive been skippin the gym to go fishing like crazy these last 2 months I feel like crap. This fishing stuff is addictive....

Yes that thing was a Monster, my biggest was 19 3/4" that one was alittle over 21"s 5+ #s easly. There was one that big or bigger swimming around where we were today, it was also a pig he hit my minnow 2 time with his tail then ignored it.

Starting the 1st of June they have contests that last 2 weeks and it goes on for a few months, well I should say the end and start over every 2 weeks. If I remember correctly 1st place is 100 bucks 2nd 75 bucks and 3rd 50 bucks.... It used to be 125 for 1st then 2nd was 100 buck and 3rd was 75. I believe theres a 4th place but Im not sure what it is. Its a big fish contest and the is for these species of fisn, Salmon/Trout, Carp, Catfish, Perch and Panfish are by themselves. Each one has a 1st - 4th place prize.

Way to go, Joe :) That's a nice looking largemouth. By the way, any tips on free parking near where you fish?  I know parking at Navy Pier can be pricey.

You need a parking pass from Henrys, 10 bucks for 2 months. The pass is good for Burnham and DuSable...
