Me and a couple buddy's fished our favorite lake that connects to Lake Michigan a couple off night's ago and wound up getting 7 walleye's between 21 and 27 inches! All fish were taken on #12 and #14 husky jerks long lined 60 to 70 feet back opf us in 14 to 17 feet of water off several slab wood pile throught the lake! Glass perch,Tennesse shad and Black and Gold were the hot color's for us and slow trolling was the ticket! Water was 38 degree's and now is the time for the brute lake Michigan fish to come into the lake we are fishing as they make there way to there winter staging areas not far from the river mouth! I have gotten fish as big as 14lbs. from thanksgiving on til ice up with 9 to 12 lbers being common!

Lance, I heard you did pretty good out there again. Chuck invited me out on Friday night to hit some eyes. But I couldn't make it. Chuck said there were some big rollers. haha he called me at 3am on the way back. Some how I was still awake partying after fishin'. So how was your outing dude? Any pics or report?
