After a walleye-less trip on Tuesday I was able to give it another shot this afternoon. Water temps continue to drop with a reading on 57 degrees at 2pm launch time. I headed back to the river and had better luck with 6 walleye caught but the biggest one was 15 inches. Missed a couple of fish on the hook set when you think its there but then see the rod snap up meaning they got my minnow again. A couple of those felt pretty heavy but can only assume they were eyes. Couldn't find the crappie today but did get several white bass and the usual drum.

Although sizes were not impressive, it was nice to get back on a decent bite. Fish were caught from 2-6 foot of water and Black 1/6th ounce jigs were the ticket. :)
