Private Pond Stockers today. Pan seared with some citrus seafood seasoning. A little lemon juice after its cooked really makes it excellent. Tastes like chicken :lol:

No and I should warn anyone who wants to eat from the chain o lakes not to because one of my kids had a stomach ache on the boat a few weeks ago which turned into a bowel emergency over the side of the boat. My guess is a catfish came by and engulfed the floater but could have been pecked apart by crappies as well.
