Been working a technique that I never used before . The float and fly method. A 1/8 ounce hair jig in bluegill pattern from spro . 7 ft under a slip bobber nailed me 6 at the local pond with some nice ones in the mix.543for the year.

I use a very similar setup Mostly for pan fish. but pretty much caught just about everything on it .you have just been slamming the bass this year congratulations 👏

Thanks!! I used hairs jigs by themselves before but never under a float. All I did was cast it out and let it drift.

Me too. I wouldn’t mind trying it at the rivers sometime.

It’s interesting, I just cast it out and let it drift . Seem to be best results.
