Hey there everyone . I was wondering what your most successful lure type is? Is it plastics, crankbaits, you get the drift. Thanks.

I would have to go with soft plastics. Specifically Senko's. They just seem to be the most versatile. Texas-rigged plastic worms are a close second followed by Slug-go's.

inline spinners... just use different sizes for different species... can catch crappie to musky on em all the time

2 months ago I would have said Senko.

But now, by far, small buzzbaits. Caught a ton with it so far, including a 21" LMB, 16" Musky, and a 27" Pike.

Early in the year it was rattletraps
later in turned over to the baby slugos
then it went into chatterbaits
then to 3' dingers
then to 3/8 ounce spinnerbaits
then to buzzbaits
and now back to the chatterbait

throw is some sporadic jerkbait action and that covers most of the spectrum I guess. It hards to pick a favorite when at certain times of the year each is my favorite, because the fish seem to prefer them.

Wouldn't say it's my favorite anymore, but the most successful lure I consistently caught fish on was the 1/2 oz. Rat-L-Trap
