George, great job on the ski. We need younger anglers to provide good examples of what CPR is all about. I think you are a fine example of what CPR fishing is. Some good points can be made about why these fish shouldn't be targeted yet. But, I think the younger guys can definately cut their teeth at Busse going for Esox. I plan on trying to get my son over there in the next month to see if he can hook into one. And when the ice breaks, you can bet he will get a chance in the main pool.

Twin is a great fishery. They have great bass in there and pike. The musky are not as big as most of you think though. I would say there are not fish over 38" in there. I know that Addicted2Bass or whoever had one last year but his photo was with a special lense and it was not 50" like the Twin webpage states. However, for the $20 to fish there for the year I would encourage it :) and as the whitebass and crappie start to spawn in there they come within feet of the shore. This makes them easy to catch and being a private fishery where IL fishing licenses are not valid as long as the temperature is at least 45 degrees I would say to go chase the big fish there :)
Unless they continue to stock the "Tigers". The Tigers will eventually all die. Tigers most of the time do not breed. Does anyone know if they stock Twin continually?
