Worked N. Pond today to get the hell out of the house... I've seen people catching bass already but still I wasn't anticipating anything on the senko I started out tossing.

I was proven wrong on literally my second cast:

The four or so hours following? Nuthin I alternated the senko with like 5 different lures, on my other rod, with no result either. But I can't complain, not sure I've ever caught a March bass before.

There was a portion of the shore by the dam rocks that was swarmed with hundreds of little fish the size of a rat-l-trap. They were just suspended there, like they were in jello or something. So, things are starting to pop!

Haha 2nd cast score! Same outing for me with a jerk bait! Definitely didn't stick it out 4 hrs though I snuck out at lunch!

Oh, believe me, it was in the lure rotation today for sure and won't be left home on any trips! :lol:

Nice start to the bassin' year. Busse, huh? I wouldn't have been shocked to see ya catch a giant walleye there too!
