So with some free time coming up I've decided to start pouring my own soft plastics to save some cash as well as maybe making a buck or 2. I have zero experience. So I'm starting from scratch to become a Guinea pig for this.
Last week I broke out and organized my molds , plastisol, colors, glitters etc. today I started pouring.
DISCLAIMER. This is what I DID. If you choose to do this I highly recommend researching it as much as possible. It's dangerous stuff so I don't intend this to be a guideline but instead just glimpse as to how I did it whether it be right or wrong. Be careful and don't take this stuff lightly. Wear eye, hand, and body protection at all times. This stuff will mess you up
First I took my plastisol and poured it into a glass microwave safe container. It was white to bein with and put it in the microwave for a minute, stirred , then continued going in 30 sec intervals until it was a clear liquid state.

You want it liquidy and not tough to work with. Took about 5x in the30 sec interval to get it where I wanted

I stirred with a metal baking device. Did the trick.

When in a liquid state I added my color and glitter. START SMALL. I was amazed as to how little I had to use.

After stirring I microwaved it for another minute or so stirring every 30 seconds until I got the color I was looking for
Next came the pouring or injecting in this case. Again have eye and hand protection on. This shits hot.

Next let it cool and pull it out.
Finished product

I already have senko, fluke, craw molds with others on the way. Custom colors available. Pm me if interested in getting some made based on your specifications.
